Introducing Somer – Our New Customer Service & Sales Manager
Many of you may have already had the pleasure of meeting Somer, but we wanted to take a moment to formally introduce her and give you more insight into her role and background.
Somer joined Rags & Bert’s at the end of last year, bringing her enthusiasm, expertise, and passion for exceptional customer service. As our new Customer Service & Sales Manager, she is responsible for liaising with our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and helping to drive business growth. Her role is pivotal in creating a seamless experience for our clients while fostering strong relationships within our community.
Somer is incredibly passionate about helping others and firmly believes in the products and services she represents. With a strong background in customer service and a successful track record in sales, she thrives on connecting with people and making meaningful interactions.
Somer adds: “I simply wouldn’t be able to sell products or services that I didn’t love and use myself! I’m a very chatty and outgoing person who loves meeting new people. At Rags & Bert’s, I’m enjoying engaging with customers over the phone, spending time with the dogs, and being an integral part of the day-to-day operations.”
