"I just wanted to send a thanks to Sophie for giving Rolo the best grooms! Rolo always comes out smelling amazing and we love the style of haircut. You can tell Sophie genuinely cares for every dog she grooms, and it’s safe to say, Rolo loves his monthly grooms! Also wanted to say that Rags and Bert’s day care and doggy hotel is honestly amazing. Rolo has attended day care since he was a puppy, and he absolutely loves it. I feel safe leaving him when we go on holiday knowing he is well looked after and all the staff are incredible with all the dogs. Rolo cannot contain his excitement when we arrive, runs in without looking back and I think he would go every day if he could! Thanks to the great team for all your hard work and going above and beyond for the dogs."

"I just wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for looking after our beloved spaniel, "Blue," during his stays at the hotel. It means a lot to us knowing that he is being well taken care of when he's away from home. We've noticed that he seems to genuinely enjoy his time there, despite returning home for the weekends. Initially, he seemed a bit lonely and subdued, but on his subsequent visits, he appeared to be familiar with the place and looked forward to returning.
Receiving the postcard from R&B to update us on his well-being was a thoughtful gesture. It's clear that he's much happier there than at the previous kennel, as he returned home clean and in good spirits. I'm truly impressed with R&B and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services in the future.
During his last day at the hotel, I arranged for him to receive grooming, and I must say he looked exceptionally smart and well-groomed. "Murphy goes to Rags & Berts on Fridays. He seems to know it’s Friday and once we say ‘shall we go to Rags & Bert's?’ he does not leave my side! We know he is saying C’mon let’s go! He is as excited to meet his humans there as he is to meet his friends! The staff are incredible and greet him like a friend which allows leaving him there wonderful! Once home he sleeps like a dog who has had the ‘Best Day Ever’ every time. He’s been there on Fridays and ad hoc for over a year, so this year he is there for 11 days when we go away. I am surprised how comfortable we feel about how he’ll be cared for and cuddled! Great job Rags & Bert's and thank you."

"I’ve been coming with my 18 month-old cocker spaniel, Findlay, twice a week since he was 14 weeks old. We both absolutely adore this place and he has the best time playing with all his friends and I have complete trust and faith in Julia and her amazing team. He’s also stayed overnight and would be very happy for him to do so again.
Findlay is a super-sociable, ultra friendly boy and nothing phases him at all. I think this is due in a large part to all the socialisation, input and integration with a wide variety of other dogs that he’s had since coming here. Indeed on quite a few occasions the staff have let me know that they used Findlay in support/training work with puppies or nervous dogs, something which makes me very proud! The booking system online is easy to use and if you need to speak to someone in person then Sarah in the office is very helpful.
