The day begins bright and early at 7am for the early risers. Each dog enjoys a quick toilet break before returning to their breakfast, lovingly provided by their paw-rents.
By 8:30am, once breakfast is finished, the pups start heading into daycare to enjoy a fun-filled day of play and socializing.
While the dogs are out playing, our dedicated kennel carers sanitize and disinfect each kennel using a lavender-scented cleaner, ensuring everything is fresh and tidy, including their cozy beds. Lavender is used for its calming properties, creating a soothing environment for your pup throughout their stay.
Our product of choice is Bacta Care Sanitiser Cleaner Freesia (link bold text to product details) which is chosen for its effective cleaning and calming lavender fragrance, promoting both cleanliness and tranquillity during your dog’s stay.
When you pup is staying in the kennels they are rotated in and out of daycare, which means tons of fun and playtime with their new friends. There are always exciting activities tailored to keep their tails wagging!

Once back in the kennels, the dogs still get plenty of enrichment. There are interactive kicky mats allowing them to paw around and explore, plus yummy stuffed Kongs to keep them busy. Sometimes, they even go on little scavenger hunts in our kennels with hidden surprises to find – all so much fun! The textured mats feel nice on their paws, and the soothing scent sprays make everything calm and cozy.

Our furry guests have the option to retreat to their private kennels for a cozy, restful nap, where they can curl up in their soft bedding and enjoy some peaceful solitude. This quiet time allows them to recharge in a comfortable, familiar space, ensuring they feel safe and secure.

Before bedtime, all our boarding pups enjoy one last round of fun and playtime, either outdoors under the evening sky (weather permitting) or inside our cozy daycare facility with our dedicated team. This final play session is a great way for them to burn off any extra energy, ensuring they settle in comfortably for a restful night’s sleep.
To create a peaceful atmosphere at night, we play soft classical music in the background. The soothing melodies help the dogs unwind and drift into a restful sleep, making them feel safe and relaxed as they settle into their cozy kennels for the evening.
If any of the dogs aren’t eating as well as they should, our team will keep a close eye on them. We can offer yummy alternatives like fish or fresh chicken to whet their appetite. Your pup’s well-being is our No.1 priority, and we make sure they get the attention we deserve while we’re here!
At the start of the day, our kennel dogs are served a carefully prepared breakfast. Every dish is lovingly provided by their paw-rents, ensuring a personalized and nutritious start to their day.
Dinner time is one of our furry guest’s favourite parts of the day! Around 5 PM, they all gather for their meals, which are specially prepared just for us based on what our paw-rents have provided. After your pup finishes eating, they get to relax for 60 minutes to let their tummies digest in peace.
As soon as your pup checks in, we weigh them and then do it again every week during their stay. Sometimes, your pup can lose a little weight because they are running around and playing so much during daycare! The team leaders are always watching out for, adjusting our food portions as needed to help your pup stay healthy and happy throughout our stay.
When you arrive, we do a quick health check and keep an eye on your dog every day until it’s time to go home. This way, our team can see how your pup is doing right from the start and keep track of their well-being throughout their stay. If there’s ever any little concern, we can jump into action to make sure they stay healthy and comfortable.
Each guest has a kennel sheet that our team use to monitor what your pup eats and when they go to the toilet. This helps us keep track of your dog’s health and well-being, so we can make sure they are feeling their best during their stay!
