Our dog accommodation has the best facilities. Air con, heating, protective glass doors and raised bed sleep areas so our curious guests can see what’s going on at all times.
Our dog hotel is unlike conventional UK dog kennels. Dogs are not caged for hours on end, but enjoy clean, comfortable dog suites in our top of the range dog kennels built to 2018 safety regulations. We are also fully licensed and insured.
As well as expert care and love for your dog, they'll also enjoy some fun, exercise, socialisation and enrichment time in doggy daycare. They'll be among their buddies...they are so happy, you just know they want to be here.
And if your dog is boarding with us over the weekend, they'll have lots of fun with a mixture of indoor and outdoor social time, one-on-one love and cuddles with our team before returning to their individual rooms for some well-earned rest and relaxation.

If you haven't used our daycare or hotel before, we can arrange for you to visit our dog hotel in Reading, Berkshire and for you and your dog to have a free 30-minute Play & Stay Assessment and Tour before you book.
We only have a few PAS appointments available each week and these are in high demand so please register your dog online so we can arrange your visit as soon as possible.
We’ll make sure your dog is comfortable with other dogs and our environment, giving you a worry free time, knowing your dog is in the safest of hands, happy and well cared for.
Payment: To confirm a booking, we require a holding non refundable payment of a 1 night stay (£43 or £49 peak). The full balance is payable 30 days prior to the boarding date. If a booking is made less than 30 days prior to the boarding date, then the full amount is required to confirm the booking.
Any additional items or services requested during the boarding period will be payable on check-out.
Cancellations and Changes:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before your boarding date can be credited to your account for future bookings or services.
At 30 days prior to boarding, full payment is required, and any cancellations made after this time are non-refundable.
Booking changes: You can make changes to your booking (beyond a one-day adjustment) up to 21 days before your boarding date without losing your payment. However, a £25 administration fee applies to any booking changes made within 30 days of the boarding date.
